Your use of DoorBuster.com.au indicates acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
"We" and "us" refer to DB Deals Online Pty Ltd (trading as Door Buster) and "you" refers to you our customer. These Terms and Conditions constitute the contract shared between us for your purchase of our goods. We reserve the right to update and change these terms and conditions from time to time.
Whilst we make every reasonable effort to present accurate information on this web site, the information may not be complete or up to date, and may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. As a result, we reserve the right to correct, change or update information displayed on Door Buster at any time, without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy and completeness of all information provided.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you must be over the age of eighteen (18) years to place orders with Door Buster.
We use Eway and Paypal to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and payment gateway for all orders placed to ensure the security of your personal card details.
All Door Buster sell prices include GST where applicable.
Risk and Title in the products passes to you on the date and time of delivery to the delivery address.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Door Buster containing your order number, details of your order and a link to track its progress. Shipping fees are based on the total weight of the items in your cart and the destination of your delivery. Additional shipping costs will occur for deliveries to remote locations.
Times vary by product, so please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your order. Most orders are despatched within 2 days of receiving your order, however, depending on the products you order, despatch can take up to 10 business days. We do our best to provide our customers with the best pricing possible online, so in order to maintain these great deals, we sometimes are not able to despatch next day. If you have not received your order within 3 weeks of ordering, please contact us and a customer service representative will be happy to help you with your enquiry.
Wine orders will ship within two days of purchase. If you are not home at time of delivery, our courier will leave a ‘sorry we missed you card’, allowing you to collect your parcel from your nearest outlet or arrange a more suitable time for delivery. Some orders will ship separately when more than two items are purchased. As specified in the liquor licensing legislation, we do not deliver to dry communities located in the below locations:

We provide a same day shipping service for any flowers purchase, when an order is placed before 12pm AEDT(Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Tim). If you are not after same day delivery, on the checkout page you have the option to select an alternative delivery date. Please expect delivery to take place before 5pm for any business address and before 7pm for any residential address on the day of delivery. Delivery instructions can be specified in the comments field when you checkout.
We currently deliver to selected Australian metro postcodes (excluding NT and TAS), however there are postcodes that fall outside this delivery range. To check a recipient’s postcode, please use the postcode look up tool located on each flowers product page.

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights, because your satisfaction is important to us.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
All refunds will be issued when goods have arrived back to the Door Buster warehouse and been assessed by a team member. Please also provide proof of purchase, when your product is returned.
We are unable to accept the return, if the product is found to have no fault, is underwear, cosmetic/make-up or that the goods have been damaged due to misuse by you. An additional fee will occur if this was to take place. Door Buster will not exchange or accept returns for any underwear or cosmetic/make-up purchase.
At Door Buster, we always take a fair and reasonable approach to assess your returned good. As you can appreciate, our response time will also depend on how long it takes you to return the product to us.
We will pay for, or reimburse you for, any shipping costs to return the original product to us where, following product assessment, we have been found to breach a consumer guarantee.
Refunds will be made by the same method of purchase.
Please note that Door Buster does not accept returns for ‘change of mind’ purchases.
If the product you are returning is capable of retaining user generated data – such as cameras, mobile phones, MP3 players etc, please note that assessment and/or repair of the item may result in the loss of data. Door Buster recommends you save any data as a backup external to the device where possible. Please be aware that, in some circumstances, goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.

We always seek to list products with the most competitive prices. We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed at Door Buster at any time before you place an order. The price of products shown excludes shipping costs. Shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page, and are calculated based on your location, the amount and type of items you place in your shopping cart. The total price will be shown prior to payment.
Apart from liability which cannot be excluded by law, we exclude all implied terms and warranties relating to the Site or the subject matter of this agreement. We will not be liable to you for indirect and consequential loss (including without limitation for loss of revenue, loss of profits, failure to realise expected profits or savings and any other commercial or economic loss of any kind) or loss or corruption of data, in contract, tort, under any statute or otherwise (including negligence) arising from or connected to this agreement.
To the extent permitted by law and any rights to which you may be entitled under the returns policy above, our liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the supply of goods or service under this Agreement, your use of the Site or any breach by us of this Agreement however arising (whether for breach of the terms of this Agreement, tort (including negligence), statute, equity otherwise at common law or on any other basis) is limited to the replacement of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods, the repair of the goods; the payment of the cost of replacing the goods (or of acquiring equivalent goods), or the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.
Subject to these terms and conditions, we will supply to you the products indicated on your order confirmation. In certain circumstances, we may need to reject your order, including but not limited to where the requested product is not available or if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the site.
At this stage orders can only be delivered within Australia, but we're working hard to take on board our customer's suggestions, so please drop us an email or comment on our social media channels if you're interested in ordering from overseas.
