A: Door Buster can offer you outrageously cheap prices on every day household brands, because our store is purely online and we can run significantly lower margins. Plus, we secure stock in bulk – allowing us to pass on additional savings to our customers.
Q: Do you deliver anywhere in Australia?
A: Yes, we deliver anywhere that our delivery partners are able to. Please note, additional shipping costs will occur for deliveries to remote locations. As specified in the liquor licensing legislation, we do not deliver to dry communities. For locations, please refer to our delivery policy.
Simply place an item you wish to purchase in your cart and click Checkout, then enter your postcode and click ‘Estimate Postage’ to determine the cost to your location.
Q: Do you ship outside of Australia?
A: At this stage orders can only be delivered within Australia, but we're working hard to take on board our customers’ suggestions - so please drop us an email if you're interested in ordering from overseas.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Door Buster is purely operated online, therefore collection of orders is not available.
Q: If I purchase multiple items, will I only pay one postage fee?
A: If you purchase multiple items, postage will be calculated on all of your items, and charged to you accordingly. Simply add all your items to your shopping cart, click ‘checkout’ and enter your post code, and we will automatically calculate a shipping rate for your entire order.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your package ships we will send you an email with a link to track your order. Wine ships from a seperate location, so it will arrive separately when more than one item is purchased.
You can check the status of your order/s by logging into your account, clicking the ‘my orders’ tab, clicking ‘view order’ and finally clicking ‘track your order’.
Q: I haven't received the item I ordered - what should I do?
A: Please accept our apologies. Wine ships from a seperate location, so it will arrive separately when more than one item is purchased.
First, please check the Invoice that was emailed to you, to ensure that you have been billed for all expected items. If so, please use the consignment number included with your order to track the status of your items online. If you have checked the above and it has been more than 7 days, please contact us
Q: My item arrived faulty or damaged, what should I do?
A: Please refer to our returns policy for information regarding damaged or faulty items. Please first check the item description which will list warranty details for your item if applicable. Please contact us

A: We’re constantly loading new deals as we get them, so check back throughout the day for new deals as they become available – Get in quick! Subscribe to our deal notification emails so you’re the first to know.

A: The integrity of your personal information is of paramount importance to Door Buster. Your credit card details are not stored, processed or transmitted through or via the Door Buster website; all financial details are processed via E-way or Paypal, our secure payment providers.
